At MARK+FOLD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium home stationery and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective wrap and include the completed return form to ensure the products arrive in pristine condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our studio for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
